Shipping policy

Order Processing Time 

Orders are sent to production within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, orders processing time can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times

We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We currently only ship in the United States. 

Order shipping with the United States will arrive within 7-14 business days.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Due to items made to order we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you need to make a change to order please contact us by email at orders.allthingsdre.com within 1 hour after purchase and include what the changes will be and we can make the change immediately.  Once left for production orders can not be changed.

If an item is damaged or if there is a manufacturing error please reach out to us immediately by email orders.allthingsdre.com and we will be happy to get the issue resolved.  Item MUST be unused. 

Once an item is shipped tracking information will be sent via email. If more than one item is ordered you may receive multiple tracking numbers. 

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a discount code for future purchase for the inconvenience.
